Do you know that staying fit does not have to be expensive nor does it necessarily need to burn one's finger. 

Below are Six Essential Nutrients which adds value to our health system on a daily basis, you do not have to make a special budget on them, but just so you can keep to them, you simply need to adjust your lifestyle. We already consume these Six Essential Nutrients whenever we feel but here in this very article, we would like to say it is a must have to all of them.

There are 6 eight essential body nutrients your body must have;
Water: 
A sizeable quantity of Water is very important on a daily basis as your body really needs a certain amount of water everyday; Water improves the circulation of the other necessary fluids in the body, (Red Bloods Erythrocytes, Food etc). They say you can live for three weeks without food, but only three days without water. Water is an essential element in life, and drinking enough clean and healthy water every day should be a priority.

Nutrients in Drinking Water
  • Calcium – important in bone health and possibly cardiovascular health

  • Magnesium – important in bone and cardiovascular health

  • Sodium – an important extracellular electrolyte, lost under conditions of excess sweat
  • Copper – important in antioxidant function, iron utilization and cardiovascular health
  • Selenium – important in general antioxidant function and in the immune system
  • Potassium – important for a variety of biochemical effects (but it is usually not found in natural drinking waters at significant levels) 

Milk:
Do your self good to make a glass of milk rich in protein. Milk is a good source of thiamine, riboflavin and vitamin B12 . Milk contains small amounts of niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and folate. Milk contains the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K. 

Apple: 
Apples help to reduce the risk of cancer, cardiovascular diseases and diabetes. Apples are one of the healthiest foods a person can eat. They are high in fiber and vitamin C, and they are also low in calories.

Fruits:
Generally, Most fruits are naturally low in fat, sodium, and calories. None have cholesterol. Fruits are sources of many essential nutrients that are underconsumed, including potassium, dietary fiber, vitamin C, and folate (folic acid). Diets rich in potassium may help to maintain healthy blood pressure, so you need to try out little fruits on a daily basis.

Egg:
More than half of the protein contained in an egg is discovered to have in addition to the egg white along with it vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat and cholesterol than the yolk. The whites are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper. Egg yolks contain more calories and fat.

Especially Greenish ones, they are the best ever.
Vegetables are important sources of rich nutrients, including potassium, dietary fiber, folate (folic acid), vitamin A, and vitamin C. Diets rich in potassium may help to maintain healthy blood pressure
